About Us:

Heather has designed and decorated thousands of cakes and several hundred wedding cakes. She has worked in the foodservice industry for more than twelve years and has an AAS degree in hospitality & foodservice management. Heather capitalized on all of her exprerience and Heather's Bakery was established in 2005, with a commitment to quality not found in the larger chain type bakery. In 2008, we chose to close our retail location in Auburn, Maine, and narrowed our focus to be almost exclusively on wedding cakes and special order pastries and cakes. We installed a commercial, state inspected, kitchen in Heather's home in Mechanic Falls, to meet this need, allowing us to better control costs, give more attention to details, and provide exceptional customer service. We service the Lewiston/Auburn area out to the coast and up to the western foothills of Maine. Thank you for visiting us here and feel free to call us with any questions you may have.
